Delivery, Return and Refund policy

Applicable only for online orders made via our website www.glinsinternational.com . We may update our Delivery, Return and Refund policy time to time and users of the website are advised to visit the policy, every time you make a purchase.
Delivery:
- We deliver our products Island wide and International delivery is not available at the moment.
- We highly advise customers to provide correct delivery address and contact details always for delivery orders.
- Our delivery charges are as follows
One pair of shoes/slippers – LKR 375 for a single address Island wide
Every additional pair of shoes/slippers ordered in the same online order for the same delivery address – LKR 100
4.0 our delivery period for online orders is 4-7 working days (approximately). Delivery time period may change in some occasions due to the reasons beyond our control, which we may communicate to our customers in advance.
Return and exchange:
- We advise customers to be careful on colors, size (product size chart is available in the website), prize and other factors of our products before you place the order. You may get more details on any of selected products from our sales personnel who may contact you upon you placing an order request through our web site and before the payment.
- Change of mind is not acceptable for return.
- Product color and design changing requests are also not acceptable for return.
- We may accept return and exchange, only if you require a size change of a purchased product up to the extent of next immediate size or immediate preceding size of the same product, and if such request received to us within 3 days of receiving the item to your hand. This request should receive to our WhatsApp number 077 1604280 or to Email address sales@glinsinternational.com within mentioned time line of 3 working days. We may arrange the delivery of the product of required size (exchange product) to you within 14 days’ time period of receiving a proper return and exchange request.
- Delivery charges of Return of a product by a customer and delivery charges for delivering exchange product back to the customer have to bear by the customer. We will not bear any delivery charge in relation to a return and exchange.
- For us to accept a return and process an exchange, the return product must receive to us in its initial sales condition, with original tag and it should not have used or in damaged condition.
- Return and exchange requests receiving after specified time period will not be accepted.
- A sold product will be entitled for a refund and exchange only one time.
Refund:
1.0 We will not refund any amount of a sale at any time. But, we may arrange an exchange of a product subject to Return and Exchange policy mentioned above, in case required.
